Standard shipping is free on eligible U.S. orders. Estimated transit is 3–8 business days after dispatch. Address eligibility and available rates are confirmed in Shopify checkout before payment.
Available expedited services are shown at checkout with their additional charge and estimated transit. The offered expedited estimate is 2–4 business days after dispatch. Choose the rate that works for your address; do not assume expedited delivery is included in free standard shipping.
Transit estimates do not include order processing and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Your shipping confirmation provides the actual tracking link when dispatched. For a delay or address issue, contact us with your order number. If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will contact you about a revised date and applicable cancellation/refund options.
Check the shipping address before payment. Contact us promptly if a package is missing or arrives damaged. Your order-specific shipping terms and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

If an eligible first purchase is not right for your cat, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a merchandise refund. We do not require you to keep using a collar that causes irritation or discomfort.
Contact our team with your order number and purchase email before mailing anything. We will provide the applicable return instructions, address and any return-postage terms. Do not send items to a packaging or supplier address without authorization.
An approved refund covers the actual merchandise price paid after discounts, including the selected complete bundle. Free packs do not have a separate cash refund value. Original expedited shipping charges are not refundable under the comfort promise, except where applicable rights require otherwise.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Confirmation and bank/provider processing times vary. For damaged, incorrect or defective goods, contact us promptly; applicable statutory rights are not excluded by the 30-day promise.
Shopify hosts this store and processes necessary cart, checkout, account and order information. That can include your name, contact details, delivery address, selected items, transaction status and technical information such as IP address, browser, cookies and request logs.
